I’m so glad you’ve come to find out about safety at work. Lear ajax corporation located on 660 monarch road Ajax Ontario Canada is a very unsafe TOXIC low paying automotive company that lies to their workers about safety. The Workers many of them had many injuries and are in constant daily pain from their jobs due to unsafe machinery and unsafe work and were totally ignored and lied to by their managers AND their union as their managers and union had incorrectly filled out WSIB reports and had told the workers the machinery was safe when it was dangerous causing injuries to the workers! THIS IS A VERY TOXIC AND UNHEATHY UNSAFE WORKPLACE THAT PAYS A VERY LOW WAGE AND HAS HORRIBLE HOURS OF WORK! This is a violation of human rights! The workers reported to their managers but the managers lied to their workers and lied to WSIB and to the ministry of labour! Here the injured workers were left with no help and injuries. So the workers have to contact WSIB THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM AND THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR ALL BY THEMSELVES! About 4 weeks after investigations it was found that the Managers and union lied about safety to their employees, the ministry of labour found out of their neglect, the health system in Ontario found out and also the Ontario government found out how bad the neglect of their company was! and the place got leased and went out of business! It's important that we do not work for companies like this because who wants to work in pain for a low paycheck with managers and unions lying to their own workers about safety and also managers that lie to WSIB and give the wrong incorrect information to WSIB! They lie to our very labour laws in our land and are incredibly stupid! Some people actually enjoy the pain and are sick and masochistic people it's a horrible and sad stupid place to work! DO NOT EVER WORK IN AN UNSAFE WORKPLACE! THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT ALSO STATES SPECIFICALLY REGARDING MACHINERY THAT:

13.11 Every employee shall be instructed and trained by a qualified person appointed by his employer in the safe and proper inspection, maintenance and use of all tools and machinery that he is required to use. SO IF MACHINERY IS UNSAFE AND CAUSING INJURIES THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW!

So, in any place in Ontario, Canada I've outlined the PROPER steps to take in case you are working anywhere and get any injury in any workplace (FROM MACHINERY OR OTHERWISE) in Canada and you are NEGLECTED AND LIED TO! Here they are :

1. Immediately seek medical attention by calling 911 and get yourself medical you may also call your doctor or any clinic you need medical attention.

2. Get yourself to the doctor or medical attention immediately and call yourself transportation to a hospital or doctor. Dial 911 for an emergency, and ask the healthcare people to make a record called a patient record. Make sure you tell the healthcare people exactly what happened it's best you do this immediately. ALSO ASK THE HEALTHCARE WORKER TO NOTIFY THE ONTARIO GOVERNMENT THAT YOU HAVE SUSTAINED AN INJURY FROM WORK! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! DON'T EVER COUNT ON ANYONE TO DO THIS FOR YOU!

3. Call WSIB yourself and ask for an injury form from WSIB specifically the phone number for WSIB is 4163441000 don't worry WSIB will help you 

4. Make sure that you and only you fill out an injury form specifically from WSIB, as this will ensure direct communication with WSIB. AND WILL ENSURE THAT YOUR MANAGERS CANT LIE TO WSIB!

5. STEP 5 MAKE SURE THAT YOU TELL THE DOCTORS OR HOSPITAL WORKERS OR ANY HEALTHCARE PERSONELL THAT HELPS YOU TO PUT THIS ON YOUR PATIENT RECORD AND NOTIFY THE GOVERNMENT.

6. STEP 6 WHEN WSIB SEND YOU THE INJURY FORM IMMEDIATELY   FILL IT OUT AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN REGARDING TIME DATE AND TIME AND WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED WHEN YOU GOT YOUR INJURY. MAKE SURE YOU GIVE THIS FORM BACK TO WSIB PERSONALLY YOU CAN MAIL IT FAX IT OR DELIVER IT YOURSELF WSIB ARE GREAT PEOPLE.

THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR IS A LAW OF WORK STANDARDS AND BASICALLY ARE HERE TO  INVESTIGATE WHEN COMPANIES HAVE ANY UNSAFE WORK RESULTING IN INJURIES AND IF ITS PROVEN MAKE REPORTS TO HELP INJURED WORKERS AND GET THEM COMPENSATION MONEY IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO WORK DUE TO THEIR INJURIES THIS PROCESS OF GETTING YOU COMPENSATION MONEY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WORK CAN TAKE UP TO 4 YEARS IN CANADA!

ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PROPER REPORTS THEN FOR SURE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM AND THE GOVERNMENT IS THERE FOR YOU, YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A WHILE TOO UP TO ABOUT 4 YEARS, BUT COMPENSATION CAN COME SOONER DEPENDING ON TYPE OF INJURY!
